Fees and Insurance

Insurance:

"Do you accept my insurance?", is a common question at my office. If your insurance includes Chiropractic care, the answer is yes. My staff will bill on your behalf, any company accepting Chiropractic claims. Larger national companies offer different policies with various levels of coverage. From past experience we can provide information on several common insurance carriers in our area. However, we do not know everything about every insurance company. The best advice is to obtain an EOB (Explanation Of Benefits) from your employer or insurance company. During business hours your insurance benefits may be confirmed with a phone call.

I accept cash, personal check, Visa and Master Card. You may receive a Chiropractic adjustment at my office for $27.00 (five visits prepaid $135.00). A single office visit is $30.00. An entire family will receive care (on the same day, parents and children residing in the same home) for $42.00. X-rays are $20.00 per view.
